Common help
- Reminders: Enable notifications for HabitDam in system Settings, then set a reminder time on the habit.
- Group quests: Create or join from the Groups tab. Join with an invite code (and PIN if the host set one).
- Data: Solo habits are stored on your device. Reset options are available in Settings.
